  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Selecting Roundcube webmail client, but it does not remain selected

New Pleskian
I have a fresh Roundcube install on my Plesk 11.0.9 running in Windows.

It works on some of our domains, like webmail.solarlab.dk.

When I attempt to select it on some other domains like webmail.gvebyggofarg.se I go to control panel, Mail, Change Settings and in the dropdown menu next to Webmail, I change it from None to Roundcube.
I get the standard message with "Information: Mail services for the domain gvebyggofarg.se were configured."
I then return to the Change Settings page and Webmail shows as None again.
Going to the url shows a parallels panel default page.

There are no errors and the Roundcube install works on other domains. Why doesn't it install properly on some domains?
Is there any kind of workaround or other way to make sure Roundcube runs on our domains?
