Sending health notification emails to another email

I need to sending health notification emails to another email.
I change admin : /usr/local/psa/bin/init_conf --update -email xxx@xxx.xx
Admin change, but health notification email not change.

What can i do?

From /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/health-config.xml:

The "notificationEmail" child element defines an alarm notification recipient. If the element is omitted, the alarm notifications are sent to the Panel admin's e-mail address.

But old mail is aaa@aaa.a
New admin mail is bbb@bbb.b
health notification send to aaa@aaa.a

why?
Can you help me?

Have you defined "notificationEmail" with needed email address in the mentioned config file?

A change admin mail but not change in health notification.

Or tel me how can change in /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/health-config.xml
