• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

If I try to enter Wordpress in the menu I get the following error:
1675757770195.png

If I check Wordpress database, it's corrupt. How do I recover it ?

Code:
root@plesk:/usr/local/psa/var/modules/wp-toolkit# sqlite3 /usr/local/psa/var/modules/wp-toolkit/wp-toolkit.sqlite3
SQLite version 3.27.2 2019-02-25 16:06:06
Enter ".help" for usage hints.
sqlite> pragma integrity_check;
Error: database disk image is malformed
sqlite>

I don't have a backup :oops:

Without a backup this will be a problem. I am not aware of a way to restore the SQLite DB. In my documentation here it is suggested to remove the module affected (which would be WP Toolkit) from the server and reinstall it. This however will mean that the WP Toolkit configuration data will be lost. Before doing this I also recommend to create a full server backup, because a corrupt file is mostly seen on a corrupt file system. It can mean that there are general underlying issues with the file system.

# ll /usr/local/psa/var/modules/wp-toolkit/wp-toolkit.sqlite3
Does it still exist? Could you try to rename it if still exists?
