• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Server monitoring tool for Parallels Plesk

Reynier_Perez_Mira

New Pleskian
I'm asking if there is a server monitoring tool that has easy install steps for Parallels Plesk 12.0.18 Upd #36 or any guide for newbie since my server is running slow and I need to collect some data in order to fix the issue.

I've tried Munin on my own but got this error during install process:

Transaction Check Error:
file /usr/share/man/man3/XML::SAX::Base.3pm.gz conflicts between attempted installs of perl-XML-SAX-0.96-7.el6.noarch and perl-XML-SAX-Base-1.04-1.el6.rf.noarch
file /usr/share/man/man3/XML::SAX::Exception.3pm.gz conflicts between attempted installs of perl-XML-SAX-0.96-7.el6.noarch and perl-XML-SAX-Base-1.04-1.el6.rf.noarch

I'm running CentOS 6.6.

Hi @IgorG I've installed the component and I see it under components page as health-monitor 12.0.18-cos6.build1200140526.11 but I can't find how to access it through Plesk, since this is the only links I see it under Server tab:

I need to start some service or do anything else at server level?

@Reynier_Perez_Mira

Did you meant "Action Log" under the server tab?
You can also find php logs under the tab "Websites & Domains" and if you click "Logs".

You can find your Sever Health logs back in the Server Administration Panel - dashboard and not the Control Panel as shown in the picture above.
If i remember this correctly. The default layout also depends on your current Plesk Interface.

@Noturns No, I not need Action Log I need a tool to see the server behavior since it's slow and I can determine if the problem comes from server resources or from Wordpress. By Server Administration Panel, you mean .... ? Where I can found that? I didn't see it, could you please post a image pointing me on the right direction?

LOL i can see it on the picture your posted it.
CTRL+F can sometimes be very usefull if you want find text in a full page with a lot of text in a poorly lit room

You are welcome, to be honest i have never understood it either. It would be best if there was just a shortcut or something
Maybe @IgorG can clarify why the interface has to be changed first.

I will have a look at your other topic but my server was already setup with nginx so i have no clue.
