set up a mailing list so the members who respond don't respond to the list itself

well i think the topic is fairly clear.
I have made a mailinglist (named: honden) and when ppl recieve it they get the mail from honden@mysite.com. When they respond they send also a mail to the entire mailing list so everyone accept for me (info@mysite.com) recieves the answer. U can imagine that this is not good for me.
My objective is that:
1) the response is only send to me and to no one else in the mailing list.
2) no one can send a mail to the mailing list accept for me.

I'm having the same problem, what gave me serious professional problems. There is anyway to solve this???
