Site is Down when change FTP? username/password!!!

Hi there and sorry for my bad English.

I try to get conection with the files (httpdocs) and i do some changes to "Domains > Physical hosting setup page for domain mysite.com" i thing in "FTP/Microsoft FrontPage Login *" and
"Old FTP/Microsoft FrontPage password" so now the site is down and show me this error:
