Issue Site Preview

Would You please help me with these error?
I have a shared windows server runs plesk 12.5.30
the preview works fine for all sites except one, it gives me a configuration error
Unrecognized attribute "requestPathInvalidCharacter", note that attribute name are case sensitive.
what could the problem be?

what could the problem be?

The problem could be a ".htaccess" - file and/or misconfigured ASP.NET - site, but for further investigations and definite answers, you really should consider to include logs and/or Event Viewer messages.
