sitebuilder during installation

Hi everyone,
I am running windows 2003 server with iis 6 and everytime I try to install sitebuilder via the plesk install it says I need microsoft sql server!! MSDE IS LOADED!!!!
so then I decide to just run sitebuilder4.msi from within the plesk install directory and I get this error, it almost finishes installing then everytime when it tries to write to the metabase I get this error --
a screen shot of the error is attached, any ideas?
