  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi..

I had a installation of SiteBuilder working good I needed to have a SSL certificate and the domain was on a shared IP so I had to move the domain where sitebuilder installation was to a dedicated IP address.

The procedure of changing the IP was done trought the Plesk panel (7.5.4). But after doing that SiteBuilder stoped working and when I try to access the wizard or any page related to sitebuilder control panel a message says:

Not Found
The requested URL /towizard.php was not found on this server.
Apache/2.0.52 (Red Hat) Server at sitebuilder.mydomain.com Port 80

I tried accesing on Modules/ Remote Admin for Site Builder but the following message appears in the botom of the configuration fields "Invalid Username/Password for access to http://sitebuilder.mydomain.com/remote_admin/ Incorrect responce from sitebuilder"

I talked with my server provider he checked and said: "It looks like sitebuilder will need to be reinstalled to listen on this new ip address that mydomain.com is bound to."

Somebody can please help me to fix this and avoid a reinstallation of sitebuilder?

Thanks.

Hello

I've contacted SW Soft support they checked my server directly, I received answer today but I don't understad what they mean.

I should disable and lost everything on mydomain.com to let sitebuilder work for my costumers?

I've defined the following VirtualHost directive in the sitebuilder.conf:
<VirtualHost 192.168.2.1:80>

mydomain.com is a regular plesk domain and it is assigned to your main site. So, if you want to have sitebuilder on domain mydomain.com you should disable hosting for this domain using plesk panel and define this domain in ServerName and ServerAlias directives of sitebuilder.conf.

Please If somebody had the same problem or can help me to understand the reply of SwSoft post here.

Thanks.
