  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi Everybody,
Does anybody know if upgrading from SB 2.0 to 2.1 delete all your previous settings, sites and modules?

The reason i ask such a question is beacause that was the case once i upgrade from SB 1.1 to SB 2.0.

I want to upgrade my SB 2.0 to 2.1 to see if it fix the shop module email parameters but i don't want to screw the whole SB installation. I have several customers websites in place and that would be devastating.

I would appreciate any suggestion about it.

Thanks

You can use release notes before making upgrade:

http://download1.sw-soft.com/SiteBuilder/2.1.0/Sitebuilder-2.1.0-fc2.build050915.20.txt

Prior to upgrading SiteBuilder to version 2.1.0 it is suggested to make a back up copy of the folder: "/usr/local/sitebuilder" and the database
used by SiteBuilder. In this case Actually, upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1 should not bring any problems.
And one more thing it is good idea to wait 2.1.1.which will be available one of these days as I heard.
