sitepreview is not working on each domain account

Plesk 8.1 for Windows.

The following updates are installed:
Plesk 8.1.0 Update 061226.10
Plesk 8.1.0 Update 070211.04
Plesk 8.1.0 Update 070216.19

The Server is VE (Virtual Environment) under Virtuozzo 3.5.1 For Windows.

The Problem is:
When trying to access a web site with Site Preview Feature an error msg appear:

You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
HTTP Error 401.1 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

What I already tried to resolve that issue:
1) run Plesk Reconfiguration
2) Checked Premission for ISAPI directory (PSAserv & PSAcln have eligible permissions)
3) Checked that Sitepreview exist under the domain (throuh IIS manager , inetmgr).
4) created a html file , a file which need to be shown as it is without any interpreter

But still SitePreview doesn't work.

Please Advice.

I want to update the post that I also run:

goto command line
cd %plesk_bin%
websrvmng --remove-vhost --vhost-name=<problem_domain_name>
websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=<problem_domain_name>


but still the issue exist.
SitePreview is not working.

I run Plesk Installation Repair , but the issue still exist

I still wait for any response from SWsoft representative.
But until now , no response

Please check also if the domain name is not longer then 14 symbols and if the server hostname is resoved properly and can be reached:

> hostname
SERVERNAME

> ping SERVERNAME

Also please make sure that the same server hostname specified in Plesk > Server

The problem was resolved.

Anonymous user for "Default Web Site" was manually configured to RESTORUN\admin though it should be iusr_<computername>.

I have configured clickatable.net as default website for ip 62.219.68.48 in Plesk (Plesk -> Sever -> IP addresses -> hosting).

Sitepreview is working now:
http://62.219.68.48/$sitepreview/restorun.com/ilantest.html
