Sites asking for password

Hello, after plesk upgrade from 11.5 to 12.5, most sites on server asking for username and password.
"%plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe" --configure-anonymous-access --vhost-name=$domain doesnt help.
Please, help.

Changing Anonymous Authentication Identity to 'application pool identity' in IIS helps, but how to fix that problem globaly for all domains?
