  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Snapshops

nate

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

One Plesk server has recently had it's disk usages fly up and I'm trying to recover some space - I see on a domain in /snapshots there's a file 'instance_files_5_6bxa73958.zip'

I'm guessing this has something to do with WordPress ToolKit, but it is it safe to delete these (or it there a correct way to remove them)?

Thanks

First of all, go to Home > WordPress > Global Settings and untick the Always make full instance snapshots option.
After that, you can remove already existing snapshots if you are sure that they will not be used for your WordPress site recovering.
