Hi @vlikhtanskiy, it does exist but tha path is different. I have the file soap.ini under: /opt/alt/php54/etc/php.d.all NOT under /opt/alt/php54/etc/php.d and the content is the same.
FOR EVERYONE
I solved in this way:
-open php.ini under /opt/alt/php54/etc/
-go to string [soap]
-add extension=soap.so WITHOUT ";"
-reload httpd service
