Spam Filter Usage Permission on Plesk 8.10

Hi all,

I am having trouble with allowing users to use spam filters.

I am running Plesk 8.10 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 4) with kernel 2.6.9-42.0.10.ELsmp and psa-spamassassin 8.1.0-rhel4.build81061129.22.

These are the steps that I have tried :

Login as admin.
Go to Server.
Go to Spam Filter.
Check Allow per-user preferences.
Set maximum number of worker spamd processes to 5.
Set score that a message must receive to qualify as spam to 7.00
Set text to be added to the beginning of subject to *****SPAM*****

Click OK to save.

I then go to a domian, and click on Mail.
If I am logged in as admin I can enable/disable spam filters by clicking on the recycle bin icon, but if I login as that domain user the icon is disabled, and when I put the mouse cursor over the icon the tooltip on the left says "i_spamfilter_turn_permission".

If as admin user I click on one of the mailnames to go into it, and then click on permissions, I get a checkbox option for Spam filter management, but if I do the above as the domain user that option is not present.

In short, I cannot give users permission to enable spam filters for themselves. Am I doing something wrong? Or missing something?

Any help would be hugely appreciated!

Thanks
Patrick
