Spam problems

Yep you could do that if you've got qmail-scanner set up, it can scan outgoing messages as well as incoming. Then you just blacklist_from those email addresses and you're done.

Host at Google Apps

Well I sincerely have been pointing all new domains or domains with spam problems to Google Apps. Its free, its better than host on my machine. I cannot give costumers 5Gb per account for free.
Gmail also has a nice filter for spam so .... move it to Google.

www.google.com/a (Google Apps)
