Resolved Spamasassasin not working

Hi Together,

at the moment I got very much spam mails. All of them are polish and have a spamscore of more then 5.5.

So I thought yeah easys just adjust spamassasin in my plesk panel to 5 and the spam is filtered.

But no.... all the mails come through. I think spamassasin is not working. But its enabled and the system setting is set to 4 and the setting for the mailadress as well.

what can I do to prevent the spam ...

if you desire help from people willing to help you, you really should consider to add more informations, with which it might possible to investigate your issue.

• Your operaring system is missing.
• Your current Plesk version ( incl. #MU ) is missing.
• Your information, if spamassassin is currently running on your server is missing ( command over the command line: ps aux | grep spam )
• Your informations to check your depending settings is missing:

  plesk bin spamassassin --info YOUR-eMail-Account-name@YOUR-DOMAIN.COM
  
  plesk bin spamassassin --info-server

• Your corresponding header from the mentioned eMail(s) is missing.
  
• Your corresponding entries from your mail - log is missing ( pls. don't post your whole mail - log, but pls. trim entries to the senders eMail )

Here is a spamscore of 0.5 mentioned ... when I insert the mail into this : Free JSON API to instantly check the spam score of your email messages.
I got a score of 5.7

Hi FelixHohl,

well, as you can see, spamassassin works as expected and you compare it with an external API, which might uses additional rules, which you didn't integrate. All fine here.

If you desire additional, CUSTOM rules, which might result in other scrores, you have to import and insert them.
