  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

SPF Records for built in Plesk Email

mdixon18

New Pleskian
Hi,

I have edited my domains DNS Servers to point to the Plesk VPS IP address, therefore my domain now works with my Plesk system, i have managed to use Roundcube's built in email to send email addresses perfectly. However this results in emails going to spam.

I altered the DNS records in Plesk for the domain to: v=spf1 include:spf.mail01.mtsvc.net -all with the type of TXT however this is within the plesk panel. I also attempted to access my domain panel (OVH) and apply a DNS record for the SPF also however i wasn't able to do so as the name servers pointed to the VPS so it works as a redirect.

How can i go about this to get the e-mails i send to not go to spam?

Thank you,

Matt.
