  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

SRS problem with SpamExperts Send Mails

btk

New Pleskian
Hi,

We send all mails through spamexperts and they send back with Error. 550 Verification failed. this occurs in one of the domains of this VPS (we can't validate all with same OP in spamexperts panel), deactivating the relay host in main.cf there isn't problem; but we opened a ticket with they, and they said that's a problem with plesk/postfix config, can suggested any idea?

Thanks.

SpamExperts does a SMTP callout to verify the validity of the sender address. Currently Plesk fails to accept emails to the SRS rewritten sender (whilst it should accept such messages and redirect it to the original sender address). Once Plesk resolved that issue, there should be no such issues.

Sorry, it's correct. I have left it solved because, at least temporarily, it allows the output of the mails without the need to eliminate the relay host of the file master.cf, which, in my case, caused problems with other domains of the same VPS.
