SSI support greyed out

The "SSI support" tick box (domain hosting setup) is greyed out stating "Component was not installed"

I have tried re-installing SSI component in Windows restarting the Plesk and IIS services several times, logging out of Plesk, but all without success.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Go to Plesk -Server-Component management -click refresh
