Question SSL certificate for a new domain

llucas

Basic Pleskian
Server operating system version
Debian 11.11
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.67 Update #2
Hello,

I have purchased an IP from our provider HETZNER and I have been assigned the new IP 95.216.3.218, I bought it to put a domain called efcarf.og, everything seems to work, except that it does not let me issue an SSL certificate for that domain.

On the same machine I have two IPs, one is 95.216.3.235 that goes to a domain called fundacioncarf.org and the other is 95.216.3.218 that goes to efcarf.org, the DNS records are in Godaddy

I attach a screenshot.

I don't understand what could be happening, if I have to change something in PLESK.

Thank you very much for your help,
Luis

Because you're using cloudfare, in theory when you try to issue a certificate that's a wildcard, plesk should should gave you DNS entries to put into cloudflare. but since you are using cloudflare, why not issue an edge certificate from cloudflare to install on the server? An edge certificate is free for a basic edge certificate. Can read more about it at Edge certificates · Cloudflare SSL/TLS docs
