• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Stats not being recorded

JArnoldussen

Basic Pleskian
For some reason our Plesk server is no longer recording stats (like hits and visits). We are using AWStats and it's running fine. Can someone please help?

Hello

Try to do the following

Move content of the following folders

%plesk_dir%\tmp\webalizer.cache

..\vhosts\<problem_domain>\statistics\anon_ftpstat
..\vhosts\<problem_domain>\statistics\ftpstat
..\vhosts\<problem_domain>\statistics\webstat

to another and then execute the following command

>"%plesk_bin%\statistics.exe"

Since this problem affects every site on our server, I didn't bother removing those folders. Instead I simply ran the statistics.exe program, and all the stats were generated again. It seems that the scheduler is having some problems. The program never quite, it just hung after displaying some information on the control panel. This perhaps is preventing the scheduler from running it. Any thoughts?

May be you should try to install the latest hotfix for your Plesk? This could solved your issue.

And how often this trouble is happens? or this is first time at this server?
