Strange thing with chroot directoryfiles in vhost dir

Hello,

I've installed 4 clean plesk servers, but when creating a new vhost the chroot files aren't copy'ed on 1 of the 4 servers

for example :
lib lib64 libexec directory's are created on server 4 when creating a new vhost
but aren't created on server 3 with the 'same' configuration when creating a new vhost

Anyone a idea where i can find that?

Server is default and has no domains configured.

Yes, all the servers have that directory.
