subdomains and webroot!

Subdomain accounts seems to be allow client to create folders in the webroot, how do I change this to allow only to folder httpdocs/ as webroot. (same as main domain accounts) ?
 
ok. we solved this by using a .ftpaccess file. but now we are finding a way to place this file automatically, during the subdomain creation.
