Subdomains not working after migrating from 9.5.4

We recently migrated all data from a Plesk 9.5.4 server (CentOS release 5.5) to Plesk 10.4.4 on a different server (CentOS release 6.5). We used the Migration Manager for doing this and everything was completed with some errors. All domains are working well in the new server.

But subdomains fail to load and throw Forbidden message when accessed. While checking the folder ownership and permissions through SSH console, we found that ftp users configured on the old server are not showing up on the new server. Instead it only shows some numbers. At the same time, we can see these FTP users on the Plesk panel with proper home directory settings.

For example, the symlink canun is listed as follows,

On old server:

lrwxrwxrwx 1 iw432 psacln 3 abr 2 12:54 canun -> iw4

On new server:

lrwxrwxrwx 1 10072 psacln 3 Apr 2 12:54 canun -> iw4

And the actual directory "iw4" is shown as follows

On old server:

drwxr-xr-x 22 iw432 psacln 4096 abr 2 11:29 iw4

On new server:

drwxrwxrwx 22 <domainadminftp> psacln 4096 Apr 2 11:29 iw4

(where <domainadminftp> is Domain administrator's FTP account as shown on the Plesk panel)

We tried to change the ownership of folders, but is not working at all. It is not changing even after multiple attempts.

Can you please let me know how can I solve this problem?
