• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Subscription suspended due to backup error

New Pleskian
Dear Parallels team

due to an error in the storagespace of my ISP a sheduled backup of my website was stopped with error. The domain was suspended for the backup.

Now the domain isnt accesible and everytime i try to activate it i get the following error messages:

Error: Some of the selected domains or aliases were not activated.
Error: Unable to activate the domain: The domain is suspended.

Also a manually started backup and a sheduled backup, both there running flawlessy, doesnt changed the state of the subscription. I even tried to delete the Subscription but this only ends with the following errormessages:

Error: Some of the selected subscriptions were not removed.
Error: Unable to remove domain: Domain die******.org is temporarily turned off for backup/restoring and is not currently available.

I find on the net some workarounds for the Linux version by using the command domain --on *****.org, but to my regret my system is Parallels Plesk Panel 11.0.9 running on a Windows Server 2008.

How can I unsuspend or delete this subscription?

with best regards
Markus Bomke
