• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Sup ppl,

I just installed the Symantec SSL extension and wanted to install a free ssl, but it always says "Outdated file content."

If someone could be of assistants, that would be awesome!

Hi MrSpiele,

Plesk supports various oerating systems and you missed to provide your current Plesk version ( incl. #MU ).
Pls. try to provide as much as possible informations, so that people willing to help you have a chance to help you with investigations and if you provide as well a step-by-step - guide, how we are able to reproduce your issue/error/problem, this could help to suggest work-arounds or/and resolutions for possible issues/errors/problems.

Jumping in here because i got the same.

I am on:
‪Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS‬
Plesk Onyx
Version 17.5.3 Update #20

On new installed Domains it works. On old already created domains i get different errors like:

Internal data check failed
Incorrect file content
File not found

Checked all content and information and all is filled out correctly.
