  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Sync Problem between CBM and Plesk Panel 10.4.x

Hi, we are stuck with a problem in the Plesk Panel and CBM sync for hosting packages. We registered a new customer in Billing Manager and it did not sync the hosting package. When we tried to find out more about the error, we saw this in the MBAPI Command Output

ProcessPanelCommand: Unable to create hosting. Ip address does not exist in client's pool
ProcessPanelCommand: Panel Error Unable to create hosting. Ip address does not exist in client's pool"pleskwin"

Can someone please help.

Alright. Sorted out by correcting the shared IP address in the PleskWin servers. Now the shared IP in Panel and the CBM servers is the same. Hope this may help someone else.
