Synchronization Failed

I modified the "Default Domain" service plan with three parameters:
Connections limited to 12
Maximum bandwidth usage (KB/s) 96
Hard disk quota 5 120 MB

The problem when create a new Client and then the Subscription I receive a message that says:

Synchronization Failed
Syncing the subscription with its service plan failed because some of the services or resources defined in the plan cannot be actually provisioned with the subscription. Available value indicates the actual state of a resource or a service in the system. Clicking OK will initiate setting the subscription values according to the available values.

My main question is why it says: Available value NOT SUPPORTED ? How can I modify these services in the system as default?
