  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Syncing issues with customer subscription and service plan update

Regular Pleskian
Hey guys,

I am having issues updating existing customer subscriptions with an updated service plan. We didn't realize that the hard drive quota was set to unlimited and do intend to have a specific limit. We changed the limit within the service plan, but for some reason the customer subscriptions do not want to sync with the new service plan settings. We even tried to manually update the customers hard drive quota within the hosting parameters and most options are missing, including hard drive quota.

Here are the errors when changing customers service plan:

Warning: Subscription is not synced with the associated service plan.
Information: The subscription was successfully re-associated with service plans.
Warning: Permission denied.

Please advise, thanks.
