@pablofrp Ubuntu 14 is not supported any longer. Please see a list of supported operating systems here: Software Requirements for Plesk Obsidian
Maybe it is time to migrate your Plesk to a modern OS? I see that you are still on version 17.8. You are missing out on a lot of new features.

Yes I know it is more compatible. Unfortunately I can't migrate a server, the company has closed and I help them voluntarily until the current server expires.so too bad.
