• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I go to Mail>Mail seetings, select all my OFF domains and click Acticate/Deactivate Services, select Enable from the drop down and click OK, but the mail service stays OFF.

How can I fix this?
I'm a rookie so please explains step by step.

Plesk 12.0.18, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.

Thanks Alexey,
All my services have the green check-mark!

To give you a bit more context, this problem started a few days ago when all of a sudden my subscription got deactivated for unknown reason (I'm the only one who has access to this VPS). Re-activating didn't work, so I switched it to Unlimited plan, but I'm unable to re-activate mail service.

Hi,

can you check if server component is showing correct mail server? Also try refresh it. And also check if mail server is functioning properly on main server.
