• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi All,

When ever we click on Main > Plan Management > [any plan] > Templates
We will have this "The page cannot be displayed" error

Same for Main > Site Management > [any site] > Plan Properties > Templates
Same for Main > Site Management > [any site] > Plan Properties > Modules

All this 3 page gives "The page cannot be displayed" error

It's a fresh install in a Fedora server.
Anyone has this problem?

Edward Au

I also have the same problem- I am glad to see that I have the exact same problem as I feel guilt-free about cxalling support and having them assist me- so far the folks at SW-Soft have been pretty friendly

me too

Exact same problem here too.

Mine was a fresh install on a Debian 3.1 Server.
I wonder if this is a recent version problem?

Hello,

This is what the SWSOFT support guys told me was the problem-

PHP experienced lack of memory for viewing the pages. Set directive memory_limit = 20M in /etc/php.ini file, restart httpd.

Oh yeah- mine is on a fedora linux machine too- I am about to move it to windows though- just to save money on servers- I have an extra linux box I was testing it on-

Cool- I hadn't tried it out yet so I am glad it worked ;)
