  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello,
i am paying each month lot of money to my hoster Hetzer.de for use Plesk, and when i have any problems and issues with plesk don`t can write "Plesk Help center" with the issue, when i need fill a Submit a request to support here, i receive a note from plesk (attachment), the reseller are fully trained by plesk, and when i contact my hoster also reseller that say ohh we don`t can do anything contact plesk, plesk say me what is here wrong please???

Were can me now help for my issue??? Or you have enough money that you do not want individual customers???
