Does this tool give the possibility to create a copy from site to site via a cron job on different servers?

Or is there another extension that can do this?

You could configure single account migration according to this guide up to step 9.
Then you could set up cron job with command from step 9 - transfer-accounts, but don't forget to change working directory to directory where configuration was done.
