Issue Timeout on upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.28

Hi,

I have Plesk Obsidian 18.0.26, I'm trying to update to 18.0.28, but got:
[2020-07-04 06:58:07.423713] Messages::setLocale: try to create object for locale: en_US.UTF-8
[2020-07-04 06:58:07.425330] Messages::setLocale: try to create object for locale: en_US.UTF-8
[2020-07-04 07:28:46.811331] DEBUG: web server PID=30056 was stopped.
[2020-07-04 07:28:46.816584] Plesk Installer was closed because of a long period of inactivity.

so after 30 minut it's stoped. But why it's take so long ? I do updates regulary, and always it work.

Sometimes it is related to stuck master nginx process. Try to restart nginx service and repeat upgrade procedure.
