  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hi ppl.!

I have some questions for you, i have a problem that i can not solve!

I have a Traffic and Disk Usage problem, Traffic and Disk Usage of my clients is always on 0 (zero) !

When i try to access to Web Stats of domain i get this error:

"This is the placeholder for Web statistics. If you see this page, that means that statistics for your server was not gathered yet, or bandwidth was not used. Statistics is typically set to run once every 24 hours. If you do not see a change to this page in the next 24 hours contact your server administrator for assistance."

My server is up for more then 36hrs and everything is still on zero!

Does any of u have any solution or idea what can i do to fix that?

Thank you very much in advance,
Jovan Petrovic

When i use

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics >/dev/null 2>&1

command via SSH i just get traffic updated. I made a cronjob to do that every hour!

What is a command to refresh Disk Usage?

Thanks, was having the same issue, but this command does the trick just fine :)
Added it to my cron schedule as well, weird that it isn't there by default.

Re:

Check your SQL servers setting..
There must be a problem with it's setting,or with it's configration.
Or reinstall the SQL serever.
