Resolved Transfer manager

Maybe someone here knows, is it possible (and where) to change connection parameters between the Migration & Transfer Agent and the Migration & Transfer Manager?
I`ve read the whole article "using the plesk Migration Manager", but probably it wasn`t the thing..
