    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Troubleshooting with email sent to french administrations

Hi,
I am the webmaster of a city internet site located in Corsica called www.aleria.fr.
Their main email address is commune@aleria.fr;
When they try to send emails to (name@haute-corse.gouv.fr) all the emails come back with Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender.
And : I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

Hi Yan D. Alaury,

nobody else than the system administrator of "interieur.gouv.fr" is able to help you here, because their settings ( Greylisting ) deny the current delivery. ;)

Pls. contact the system administrator ( or any relevant department ), to be whitelisted with your FQDN on the mail - server from "interieur.gouv.fr" ( => MX : tigre.interieur.gouv.fr ).


By the way, while you contact the mentioned system administrator, pls. inform him/her as well of the issue:
