  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Unable to create or edit Mailacount in Plesk Panel

Hello:

We are having problems with one of our Plesk control panels, version 11.0.9 with MailEnable Enterprise 6.60

When trying to create a new mailbox or when trying to edit an existing one, the panel is charging, without actually displaying the menu creation or editing mailbox. After restarting the server it works again for a while, but the next day the same thing happens again.

We tried to restart Plesk services, MailEnable, IIS and SQL, but only works again after reboot.
