• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Unable to Save Snapshot

Hello. I have a site that is unable to save a snapshot. When I attempt to save a snapshot, I receive this error:

"Unable to connect to Web Presence Builder server. Please contact the server administrator."

Before the error, I first receive this message, Please wait. Saving current site state. This message appears for approximately 75 secs and then the error appears. The site is 155 MB in size. I am unable to reproduce this error on any other site.

Does anyone have a suggestion how to fix this? I would prefer not to remove and rebuild the site. Thank you.
