Issue Unable to set cgi in Apache Web Server Settings

Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.48,
I keep turning on cgi in Apache Web Server Settings, but after reopening the page it's always turned off.
What can it depend on?

Hello!

I had the same issue, with Plesk 18.0.51 running on Ubuntu 22.04.02.

The fix for me was to change MPM mode to Prefork, hit apply. And then change back to MPM mode Event while enabling cgi.
