• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Unable to upgrade Plesk 9.2

Hi,

When attempting to upgrade my Plesk 9.2 for Windows server (running W2k8), I get the following message;

Error: Unable to retrieve a list of available updates: Unable to run `pleskautoupdate` utility: System.Exception: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. http://autoinstall.plesk.com/420FF3A6-FF3D-4B04-A9F2-896B2692EFB7.xml.crc
at PleskUpdater.Updater.check()
at PleskAutoUpdate.App.Main(String[] args)

This happens both when I try and uprade from the web interface or from the updater utility when remotely logged in to the machine.

Any ideas how I can resolve this issue and move on to version 9.5?

Best Regards,
David
