  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Understanding Web Stats

BizavTim

New Pleskian
I publish a weekly newsletter.

In addition to the stats provided by my Plesk Obsidian 18.0.25 server, I also monitor web visitors by using 'Statcounter' code on each of my pages.

I am frustrated by the fact that there seems to be no correlation between the two.

Taking today as an example, Plesk tells me that I have had 1,794 visitors ('Number of Visits') viewing 15,708 pages ('Pages'); whereas Statcounter simply reports that 1,794 pages were viewed (and lists them). How is the 15,708 figure arrived at?

Thanks.
