  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue unsuccessful backup

Hi

we have a plesk 11.5 server that is scheduled to make daily backups. but unfortunately the server doesn't really makes the backups. i tried to follow the logs that this KB is supplying, but they were not usable and i could not remake the failure.

can you please give me a way to find out the backup logs and walk through this issue.

There are a lot of possible reason of this issue. Unfortunately, you did not give any details and it does not give us any chance to guess what is really broken there. You can start from using "scheduled backup" phrase for KB Search. You will see many related KB articles. I hope it will give you right direction for your investigation of this problem.
