I've tried this solution, but allways get this error

kann Verzeichnis âphpseclibâ nicht anlegen: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden

Also, when i try to export a mysql database with phpmyadmin the export is broken and always in the last line i find this...

I have the same problem and found that there is a "wrong" entry in the file system that cannot be deleted and keeps the system from generating the new directory.



Maybe someone can help to solve the problem with this new information... Thanks in advance!

Looks like that you have Plesk installation on Virtuozzo VPS and there is corrupted VPS filesystem. It can be fixed only from Virtuozzo hardware node side by Virtuozzo administrator.

Today I've contacted Strato/Germany (host of these V-servers) about this problem.
As far as I know they use Virtuozzo.
Let's see what happens...

Ich habe jedoch all Ihre übermittelten Informationen im internen Support Ticket (ID: ......) erfasst und dieses soeben zur Prüfung an unsere Administratoren übergeben. Sobald wir eine Rückmeldung unserer Techniker erhalten, werden wir diese per E-Mail an Sie weitergeben.

Gerne wurde der Sachverhalt für Sie überprüft und analysiert. Eine dabei festgestellte Beeinträchtigung konnte behoben werden, sodass das Update nun fehlerfrei durchgeführt werden sollte.

We've tested an update and got the same error...
Plesk can't update PHPMySQLAdmin - and PHPMySQLAdmin isn't
working correctly anymore.

The've solved nothing :-(
We've contacted them again... let's see what happens

On one server Strato did something and the directory
/usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/databases/phpMyAdmin/libraries/phpseclib
is usable again, so PhpMySQLadmin did an database sql export correctly.

The Plesk-Update still does not work...

OK. Seems this problem can only be solved by Strato. After some mails they've repaired
the access authorization on different directories. Now on one V-Server everthing seems
to be working again. You must open a new "trouble-ticket" for every server with this problem...
