  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Update-Issue Onyx > Obsidian 18.0.21

Rocke

New Pleskian
Hi.
I have a problem updating to Obsidian.
I tried to update via the Plesk interface. Here I got the following errors:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
plesk-php73 : Depends: libzip2 (>= 0.11.2) but it is not installable
pp18.0.21-bootstrapper : Depends: virt-what but it is not installable
sw-engine : Depends: libzip2 (>= 0.11.2) but it is not installable
sw-engine-cli-2.27 : Depends: libzip2 (>= 0.11.2) but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

So I tried it via putty.
apt-get update -> apt-get upgrade and also apt -f install
Errors:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
plesk-php73 : Depends: libzip2 (>= 0.11.2) but it is not installable
pp18.0.21-bootstrapper : Depends: virt-what but it is not installable
sw-engine : Depends: libzip2 (>= 0.11.2) but it is not installable
sw-engine-cli-2.27 : Depends: libzip2 (>= 0.11.2) but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

And I also become some Emails with this content:
/etc/cron.hourly/asl:
Error: ASL has not been configured
run-parts: /etc/cron.hourly/asl exited with return code 1

Unfortunately, I have no idea what I have to do.
I'm not even a beginner, just a user. The buddy who looks at my server is seriously ill and can not take it anymore.

Can you help me please?

Thank you
Rocke

Hi. Thank you for help. This works for me.
But the problem with the emails is still there.
Every hour I get this email:

/etc/cron.hourly/asl:
Error: ASL has not been configured
run-parts: /etc/cron.hourly/asl exited with return code 1

Can you help me here too?
