• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Update Obsidian to Onyx / Lets Encrypt Message: "Certificate attributes are not available."

New Pleskian
Hi Evryone,
few days before did update from latest Obsidian to Onyx (Linux). Seems like Update worked fine. No Problems since Update.
But there is one Message in Admin that makes me crazy:

Websites & Domains > SSL/TLS Certificate for domain.de:
Error Message:
Certificate attributes are not available.
The SSL/TLS certificate cannot be renewed automatically because the required data is missing. To renew the certificate, reissue it manually.

Server Configuration

TLS versions and ciphers by Mozilla Disabled

I'm sorry. I do not know what to do. May one please tell me slow and easy to understand what to do.

Thank you very much.

Probably a manual "renew" will fix this. Simply use the SSL/TLS icon (SSLit extension icon) then click the "reissue" button. It should replace the certificate with a new one and also enter the details into the Plesk database where they might have been missing before.
