Upgrade from 8.6 to 9.5 and Control Panel's corrupt

I updated Plesk Panel from 8.6 to 9.5 and now the menu bar on the left has retained its XP look of 8.6 while the rest of it is the new standard Vista theme

I've tried changing the theme from one of the others and back and still its the same. See screenshot

Also the login screen is still that of 8.6 and not 9.5 See screenshot.

Any help received with thanks. there were no errors during installation.

It is related to fact that Plesk installed to Virtuozzo VPS and left part of menu is generated by Virtuozzo Service Container. Try to disable Offline Management for this VPS and login to Plesk again.

I'm hosted with Media Temple on their VPS service, is this something I can do or is it somethign I need to get them to do?
