Issue Upgrade mariadb 10.03.39 to 11.4 Obsidian 18.0.73

Hello, I need to upgrade the DB server and tried via the GUI
this failes due to 404 not found mariadb repositories.
So, I think there might be a place where I can switch these to the proper ones that the process will not fail.

MariaDB does not have repos available for Ubuntu 20.04 since that OS has reached EOL. If it's possible either upgrade Ubuntu to version 22 or 24, or create a new server with the latest OS and migrate the sites over. Otherwise you could probably set it up yourself manually or deploy MariaDB 11.4 in a docker container and add it as an additional database migrate whatever databases you need on 11.4 to it.
